📍 Location: Bronson Methodist Hospital

Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift

About the Role

Bronson Methodist Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to neonates and their families, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, utilizing advanced clinical skills to support premature and critically ill newborns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in the NICU & NICU Stepdown units.
  • Monitor vital signs, respiratory function, and overall neonatal health.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and specialized neonatal care interventions.
  • Educate and support families through the neonatal care process.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, neonatal specialists, and care teams.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Licensed RN in Michigan (good standing).
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred, must obtain within 8 years).
  • BLS certification required (Critical Care, ALS, and other certifications may be required).
  • 1+ year of NICU or acute care nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with precision and care.
