As part of our Procedural Admission/Prep and Recovery (PAR) team, you'll provide patient assessments, education, procedural preparation, and post-procedure recovery care for our Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology patients. Join a supportive, team-focused environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and experience every day.An PAR RN who excels in this role:Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.Documents care provided in a timely, accurate manner.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.Assists with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).Assesses learning needs; provides age- and culture-appropriate patient/family education.Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.Participates in performance improvement and required education; works other shifts/units as needed and may take on-call assignments.Performs other duties as assigned. Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
