This role is ideal for nurses who value relationship-based care, flexibility, and working within growing, mission-focused health systems.What will you be doing in this role?Provide direct patient care across primary care, after-hours care, and episodic clinical needsSupport patient assessments, vital signs, triage, and care coordinationAdminister medications, immunizations, and treatments within RN scopeAssist providers with procedures, exams, and diagnostic testingEducate patients and families on care plans, chronic conditions, and preventive healthDocument care accurately in the clinic's EMRSupport occupational health services as applicable (injury triage, screenings, wellness)Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to provide coordinated, patient-centered careMaintain compliance with clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational protocolsThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
