Norris Academy is a residential treatment facility offering comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses, located just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, about 30 miles north of Knoxville. Compensation Day shift starts at $39 per hour. Night shift starts at $41 per hour. Ensure adherence to healthcare guidelines and implement safety standards for youth. Maintain resident medical files. Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on‑site and via telehealth. Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines. Qualifications At least 21 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee. Ability to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical. Minimum 1 year of experience working with autistic youth. Passion for working with and helping children. Schedule & Hours 12‑hour shifts, days and nights available.
