• Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team utilizing person-centered thinking, positive behavior supports, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations.
• Comply with all safety and health standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols in order to ensure that all applicable environmental standards are met so that a safe, clean humane environment is provided for all patients and staff.
• Provide person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, professional nursing care so that the physical and emotional needs of each patient are met.
• Implement the treatment plan and document the results of interventions to assist patients in accomplishing their individual goals.
• Facilitate the care and documentation of care of the patient, from admission through discharge.
• Oversee and follow the medication administration policies and processes to ensure medications are delivered safely and in accordance with all regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of mental health and or substance use disorder experience.
• Active Minnesota RN License
