Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans. Provide direct nursing care and support, including medication administration and monitoring. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for individuals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Qualifications: Active nursing license in North Dakota. Strong assessment skills and organizational abilities. Experience in intellectual disabilities, mental health, or behavioral health (preferred). A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
