Schedule & Compensation: Full-time (36 hours/week) or Part-time (flexible shifts available) . Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Hourly Pay: $29.00 – $45.00 (based on degree & experience). Shift Differentials: $3.50/hr (evenings) and $4.50/hr (nights). Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 (paid in three annual installments of $5,000 ). Relocation assistance available. Full benefits package included. What We’re Looking For: BSN or ADN degree required. Current Ohio RN license required. Valid CPR certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (must obtain within one year of employment). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team . Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient conditions and administer treatments based on care plans. Monitor and document vital signs, medications, and progress . Provide leadership and mentorship while collaborating with other caregivers. Ensure unit readiness for HFAP accreditation through ongoing compliance.
