Exceed LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse who will assist in the medical care and treatment of students at the Pine Ridge Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Chadron, NE. This is a full-time position and the hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to students, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up. Provide health education to students on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, sexual health, and disease prevention. Manage student health cases, including documentation, monitoring, and coordination of care. Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and other staff to support student well-being. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with Job Corps and regulatory standards. Refer students to external healthcare providers or community resources when necessary. Participate in health screenings, immunization programs, and wellness initiatives. Conduct assessments, counseling sessions, crisis interventions, and referrals as needed. Collaborate with center staff to promote a safe, supportive, and healthy environment. Develop and implement strategies to address behavioral and emotional challenges. Maintain compliance with Job Corps policies, federal guidelines, and professional standards. Requirements One-year Clinical nursing experience required. Nebraska RN License. #J-18808-Ljbffr
