First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes License REQ: SC or Multi state Compact License needed by start of Contract Certs REQ: BLS Trauma Level REQ: n/a Miscellaneous Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
