Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other members of our team. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required. This position is in the Emergency Room (ER).

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
