Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals. This role involves patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The RN will primarily work the night shift (NOC) in the Pediatric Emergency Room, with potential to cover day shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
- Float between units as needed.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- TNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills.
- Minimum two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
