Staff will provide care that meets community needs and offers a meaningful, culturally responsive experience for patients and their families. Requirements Specialty : RN - Obstetrics (Inpatient) Licensure : Degree or Diploma from a state-approved nursing program Certifications : Mandatory: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) and Fetal Monitoring Certification (for Labor & Delivery position) Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nurse Core Certification (TNCC), and Nurse Specialty certification (e.g., CNOR, Fetal monitoring) Experience : 3 years minimum Schedule : 11.5 hours for days, 12 hours for nights Total of 6-7 shifts per 2-week period, including weekends and holidays, rotating day and night shifts as scheduled based on unit needs for coverage One hour lunch for day shift and 30 minutes for night shift Job Duties Plan, implement, evaluate, and deliver patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Maintain clinical skills and competency through orientation, annual and ongoing education, and clinical practice. Follow Tribal Health and client-specific policy and procedures. All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.
