Job Title: Registered Nurse, Correctional Medicine

Location: Cleveland, OH 44113

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day shift 6:45am-7:15pm Night shift 6:45pm-7:15pm Every other weekend and holiday required.
No exceptions.
Will not adjust shifts to meet traveler's availability.

Job Description:

RN, Correctional Medicine

Work Responsibilities:

  • Facility houses approximately 1700 patients.
  • Nurse responsible for completing intake assessments.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and providing care within RN scope of practice.

    • Mandatory qualifications:

    • One year minimum experience as an RN.

    What network access and/or various applications will the individual need? :

    Epic

    Required Licenses/Certifications :

    • Active Ohio RN license
    • Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association ONLY

    Desired Qualifications:

    • CPI Certification
    • EPIC proficiency

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements :

    • Correctional healthcare setting.
    • Will be required to walk and stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
