Registered Nurse (RN)The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the development of a plan of care, including implementing, reassessing, evaluating and revising the plan of care. The RN develops these patient-specific plans by performing psychosocial/physiologic assessments, considering patients' cultural/ethical/spiritual needs, reviewing trends of similar patients, as well as considering physicians' orders regarding care.
