RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of the AO team to promote a safe and healthy living environment for consumers in their own homes, or AO contracted or managed homes. Provide physical health consultative support for individuals of Adult Outpatient. Implement and participate in the Individual Plan of Care/Treatment Plan. Liaise with other community health service providers. Provide nursing consultation, assistance, training and delegation of medication administration procedures to staff of Adult Outpatient. Educate and counsel clients, family members, and primary care providers. Provide staff training to perform special care procedures.
