We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the medical and surgical units

- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care

- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records

- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of electronic health record systems

- BLS and ACLS certification (if applicable)

- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
