Job Description
Our Charlton Family Medicine Office in Ballston Lake is looking for an RN to join their team! This is a Part Time position. The hours are: Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am -5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
\n**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. \n
- Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner. \n
- Assess vital signs and the reason for each patient visit. \n
- Triage patient phone calls: collect, analyze and create a well-documented plan of care for the patient based on their presenting symptoms and expected healthcare outcome. \n
- Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements. \n

\nCompensation: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
