Build relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with departments for coordinated care and provide direct patient care. Support fellow staff with complex needs. Celebrate patient victories and milestones. Qualifications Valid RN license as per state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred.
