Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit provides skilled nursing care to patients, adhering to AWHONN staffing standards. This role involves potential floating between units based on unit needs and requires working every other weekend. A vehicle is necessary for this assignment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in the LDRP unit.
- Monitor and assess patients in active labor, postpartum, and recovery.
- Adhere to AWHONN staffing standards, maintaining a 1:1 ratio for active labor and 1:3 for postpartum.
- Float to other units based on unit needs and skill set.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide skilled nursing care in the LDRP unit.
