Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse House Supervisor ensures timely intake, investigation, documentation, and response to grievances. This role provides clinical oversight of event reporting, facilitates RCAs and FMEAs, supports regulatory inquiries, and maintains risk management and patient safety functions. The position requires inpatient acute care experience and the ability to work with any department regarding patient complaints.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely intake, investigation, documentation, and response to CMS-defined grievances.
- Provide clinical oversight of event reporting, triage, and escalation.
- Facilitate and monitor RCAs and FMEAs, including corrective action plans.
- Support regulatory inquiries, complaint investigations, and survey readiness.
- Maintain continuity of critical risk management and patient safety functions.
- Review Medical Records for Mortality Chart Review.

- BLS certification
- Active Registered Nurse license
