Here, you will be able to:
- Work with a highly skilled team of clinicians in a Level 1 trauma center.
- Provide direct patient care, including evaluation, assessments and interventions.
- Consult, support and educate patients family members at every stage of the care process.
- Supervise and direct LPN staff and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Assign, delegate and coordinate care to members of the health team and other professional services as needed.
- Participate in unit-based activities that contribute to a positive work and professional environment.
- Assist with resident and medical student training.
Were seeking dynamic and well-rounded candidates with a current RN license in Florida. Preferred applicants should have their BSN and board certification. Applicants without a BSN would be required to obtain their degree within three years, and applicants without board certification will be required to obtain certification within two years of hire.
