Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: RN Med/Surg - 5th Floor Acute GI Medical Unit
- Location: Northside Hospital Forsyth (NSF)
- Unit: 34-bed GI/COVID Medical/Surgical Unit
- Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatric patients
- Room Type: All acute care private rooms with telemetry capability
- Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Night shift)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in Med/Surg specialty
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Holiday Requirements: Must work 1 major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)
- Additional Notes: No local candidates within 50 miles of facility
