Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

  • Start date available ASAP through mid-January

  • Contract length: 13 26 weeks

  • Guarantee: 36 or 48 hours

  • Will cover at least 1 holiday (specify which)

  • Local/Travel status:

    • Local rate applies if < 50 miles

  • Experience:

    • 1 2+ years Med-Surg required

    • Telemetry preferred

    • ICU accepted only if comfortable with Med-Surg ratios/acuity

  • EMR:

    • Cerner experience within last 12 months (required)

  • Exams:

    • Must take Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding (target 80%+)

Required.

  1. Updated Resume (required)

    • Must show 2+ years MedSurg/Tele and clearly list travel assignments

    • Include unit type, facility, city/state, dates, and key skills

  2. Two recent Charge/Manager RN references (required)

    • Specialty-specific (MedSurg/Tele)

    • Include name, title, facility, phone/email, and dates worked together

  3. Driver's license (required)

    • Address must match demographics/profile

  4. Active RN license (required at submission)

    • NH license or Compact

  5. NURSYS license verification report (required)

    • Showing all active RN licenses

  6. RTO at submission (required)

    • All requested days off, or state "No RTO"

  7. Certifications (required/preferred)
