Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will work in a PCU unit, providing skilled nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The nurse will maintain a 1:3 patient ratio and must be able to float within their skillset.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the PCU unit.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Float to other units within skillset as needed.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
