Registered Nurse, PCU

A hospital near Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their ICU or PCU team.

Registered Nurse Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $28-$44/hour + Differentials for Nights & Weekends
  
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
  

Registered Nurse Schedule:

• 3x12
  
• Day or Night Shifts Available
  
• Setting: PCU or ICU

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in ICU or PCU.
  
• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions.
  
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
  
• Support patient and family education, including discharge planning.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit development.
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing
  
• BLS required; ACLS within first year of employment
  
• 1 year of hospital/acute care nursing experience preferred
