The organization is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Nursing team at one of its esteemed communities, recognized as a "Best Nursing Home 2026" by U.S. News & World Report.
** Full-time ** Saturday, Sunday, and Monday ** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM **** $40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Differential
As an RN, you will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” A typical day may involve:
- Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing participation in the daily life of the residents
- Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
- Formulating care plans as necessary and effectively overseeing resident care
- Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A valid RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in nursing within senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred
