Makes appropriate decisions and implements interventions based on nursing diagnoses according to patients’ actual or potential health conditions or needs. Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care. Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care as needed. Supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department, exhibiting a desire to learn, teach, mentor, and advance nursing skills. Applies knowledge and skills pertaining to all diagnoses, procedures, medications, complications, and equipment associated with unit patient population. The program has a hard start date on September 6, 2026. No PTO can be taken during the duration of the program because of the inability to make up missed time. Education Associates of Nursing [Required] Bachelors of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience Minimum 1 year experience in an inpatient or Emergency Department setting preferred. Licenses and Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Pay Range $31.53 - $52.24 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
