Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit provides comprehensive care to mothers and babies during all phases of obstetric care. This role involves floating between units based on need and requires flexibility to assist with various nursing tasks. The nurse will work within a Critical Access facility, utilizing Epic as the EMR system.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care for mothers and babies during all phases of OB care.
- Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Float between units based on staffing needs.
- Assist with roles all nurses can perform.
- Document patient care in Epic EMR system.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- NRP certification.
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills.
- Minimum two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.
