Job Title: Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation (Nursing)

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Shift: 12hr Mid Shift

Pay Rate: $61/hr

• NO Locals only Traveler

• Will accept MedSurg RN with Neuro experience
• 3600 Acute Brain Injury Rehab Unit
• 11a-11p
• BLS required
• Must work every other weekend
• Prefer 2 years of recent experience and Epic experience
• Will consider candidates that have 1 year experience.
• This is not a Psych position

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and progress.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide patient education on rehabilitation exercises and self-care.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.
• Support patients emotionally and motivate them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
