Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Wound Care - $63+ per visit

Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care – Specialty in Wound Care – ongoing, staff employment. Responsibilities See a client through care needs from hospital discharge to living safely at home with comfort, independence, and dignity. Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with the individual care plan, including medication administration, wound care treatments, and comfort care. Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight. Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient or family, and monitor patients’ conditions. Qualifications Active and current registered nurse license in PA. Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification required. At least one year of nursing experience. Previous home care experience preferred but not required. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Calm and reassuring presence, excellent assessment skills, active listening, strong written and verbal communication. Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
