Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Family Medicine at Kronos Health, located in Lawrence, MA. The day-to-day tasks for this role include: monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, assisting with procedure preparations, providing patient education, coordinating patient care, and maintaining accurate patient records. The individual will work closely with physicians, other healthcare staff, and patients to ensure high-quality care. Qualifications Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts Experience in administering medications, patient monitoring, and procedures in a primary care setting Strong skills in patient education and coordinating patient care Excellent written and verbal communication skills Spanish speaking ability is strongly preferred Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records Experience working in family medicine is a plus Compassionate, dedicated, and a team player Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an accredited practical nursing program #J-18808-Ljbffr
