Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $34-71 per hour

Job Overview Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PCU – Progressive Care Unit position in Worcester, MA. This is an ongoing staff position requiring 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities Provide direct clinical patient care on a per‑shift basis. Assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients and at the unit level. Supervise staff, delegating appropriate care responsibilities. Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process. Direct care in accordance with established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control. Plan and coordinate patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Execute Hospital Incident Command System responsibilities during emergencies or disasters. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to hospital emergency codes and policies. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Education: Graduate of a state‑approved or accredited nursing school. Certification: Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the state of practice as required by law. CPR certification. Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
