We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in California on an "as needed" basis. We provide Health Readiness Services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following: U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Army National Guard (ARNG) U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR) Air National Guard (ANG) U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Responsibilities: Support physical health assessments of military personnel. Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires. Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns. Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues. Document interview results for readiness classification using our proprietary system. Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program. CPR and BLS certifications. Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Unrestricted license in the U.S. Resilience to handle high-stress situations. Excellent communication skills.
