This position provides compassionate hospice care and patient support throughout Shippensburg and surrounding areas. The role includes managing individualized care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a patient-centered focus during end-of-life care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver hospice patient care plans

• Support patients and families within the assigned area

• Complete all charting and documentation accurately and on time

• Manage time and scheduling independently

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• One additional day (Friday or Monday) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Candidates available only for Saturday and Sunday may also be considered

Travel

• Local travel within the assigned region

Qualifications
Required

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing

• At least 2 years of hospice experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Preferred

• RN license number provided for credential verification
