Pay Rate: $52/hour W2. The individual must be on time, willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, able to work 12 hour shifts and willing to be mandated to meet the needs for the facility and requirements of the State of West Virginia. This is a 16 week contract./ppMinimum Qualifications:/pulliAt least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse/liliA valid and current RN license issued by the State of WV/liliA valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)/liliProficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients./liliPrefer the individual to have psychiatric/long term care knowledge and experience./liliThe candidate must have an active status with current Licensure with no actions against license, have CPR and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association./li/ulpJob Responsibilities:/pulliProvides general nursing care to patients./liliAdministers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques./liliPrepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients./liliObserves patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patients condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents./liliTakes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient./liliMay make beds, bathe, and feed patients./liliMay serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients./liliAdditional RN duties given by Supervisor./li/ulpIf interested, please apply through this job post.
