Requirements:
To meet the requirements for a this position, candidates must possess a valid and up-to-date Registered Nurse (RN) license and hold either a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program. They should demonstrate clinical competence and proficiency in nursing skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interactions with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Dedication to patient-centered care and confidentiality is essential, as is familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare technology. Candidates should also be open to flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays. Additionally, document requirements typically include a valid driver's license, license verification, CPR/BLS certification for all caregivers, a social security card, and documentation of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption status.
