  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

Onboarding and Orientation:

• Orientation:
  All new employees must attend a mandatory orientation before they are assigned patient care duties.

• Scheduling:
  Shift assignments are based on facility staffing needs. Employees are expected to work weekends and holidays as required. No shift changes or leave requests will be accommodated after the start date.

Assignment Length:

• Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses: 16 weeks
• Healthcare Technicians: 13 weeks
