This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Pharmacist located in DeBary, FL. The Registered Pharmacist will oversee the preparation and dispensing of compounded medications, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, counsel patients and healthcare providers, and maintain accurate patient records. The role requires working closely with pharmacy staff, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and providing excellent customer service.

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida
• Experience in compounding, medication preparation, and dispensing techniques
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, compliance, and quality assurance protocols
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle diverse tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring superior patient care
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and related tools
• Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy is preferred but not required
