Responsibilities As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a rural hospital setting, manage a workload that supports patient care with a diverse caseload including both inpatients and outpatients. Collaborate with nursing staff and providers as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Assist in emergency traumas and participate in neonatal resuscitation as needed. Perform diagnostic and functional tests, create treatment plans, and monitor patients’ progress. Perform phlebotomies and IV starts/removals as necessary and educate patients on administering treatments and utilizing equipment. Qualifications Wisconsin license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and current CPR certification. Phlebotomy and/or IV experience is a plus. Schedule and Benefits Hours: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am. 0.60 FTE, 4 shifts per bi-weekly pay period, with weekend and holiday rotation. No on-call required.
