Regulatory Affairs Specialist Apply
- Job requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, library science or related field
- At least one year of regulatory experience is needed, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods
- Familiarity with handling confidential data
- Overall computer literacy is required
- Knowledge of software programs like SAP (specifically PLM) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and SharePoint) with advanced expertise in Excel
- Ability to work independently and monitor own work to ensure quality
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- Excellent reading comprehension, written and oral communication skills
- Job responsibilities include supporting ingredient disclosure requirements
- Gathering and entering data into third-party compliance systems
- Approving label copy and assisting with artwork approvals to confirm compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- Assisting with various documentation needs
- Working proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure product regulatory compliance and provide necessary regulatory documentation
- Assisting the regulatory team in developing and documenting programs and associated processes to comply with regulations and government and Non-Government Organization (NGO) certifications
- Assisting with raw material, formulation and packaging regulatory evaluations to confirm compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- May be requested to support established product testing and certification programs.
