This role requires expertise in compliance platforms (e.g., BOMcheck, IMDS), due diligence coordination, and the ability to manage complex regulatory deliverables. The analyst serves as a key liaison with external partners, ensuring timely and accurate compliance declarations across multiple regulatory frameworks.**Quick Summary:**The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and maintaining supplier declarations for various regulations such as EU and China RoHS, EU REACH, California Proposition 65, TSCA, and the Dodd-Frank Act. This role involves analyzing technical statements and chemical reporting, documenting due diligence for customer-specific programs, and coordinating risk mitigation strategies with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The Analyst will lead the preparation, review, and submission of compliance declarations across multiple platforms, support supplier outreach campaigns, and act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
