Our client is seeking a permanent fulltime Regulatory and Compliance Legal Support professional to join their team in Greenville, North Carolina. This role involves ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, managing licensing processes, and providing essential support to the Legal and Compliance team. If you have a strong background in regulatory compliance and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.


• Prepare and submit applications for gaming licenses and certifications.

• Manage timelines for license renewals, regulatory reporting, and compliance deadlines.

• Maintain organized records of licensing documents, regulatory communications, and compliance logs.

• Collaborate with regulatory agencies, certification labs, and internal teams to gather required documentation and address inquiries.

• Monitor updates to gaming regulations and communicate changes to relevant internal stakeholders.

• Assist various departments, including legal, operations, and HR, in compiling and preparing documentation for licensing and regulatory needs.

• Draft and update internal policies, procedures, and guidelines related to regulatory compliance.

• Provide general administrative support for the Legal and Compliance team, ensuring smooth operations.

• Solid of experience in legal regulatory support or compliance roles.

• Strong knowledge of gaming laws, regulatory reporting, and licensing processes.

• Familiarity with regulatory policies, filings, and reporting requirements.

• Experience in casino gaming or related industries is highly preferred.

• Ability to interpret and monitor changes in gaming regulations effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to interact with regulatory bodies and internal teams.

• Proficiency in drafting and maintaining compliance-related documentation.
