I have worked with this fantastic organisation for a number of years and they are looking for Contractor Compliance & CDM Advisor (Safety Professional) to join them on a 2 year fixed term contract. Part of the Facilities Management Division you will join a growing team working to support and deliver a diverse range of construction and facilities projects.You will deliver projects of varying sizes to ensure they provide first class working environment for the growing business. Working alongside a team of Project Managers, offering support and guidance and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Based at Stevenage with the need to travel to their other UK sites (as and when required).Proactive individual with a strong focus on implementation pf the CDM 2015 RegulationsHit the ground running against a large portfolio of projects to be deliveredSupport the Manager and deliver competent advice to the FM team and wider businessCollate and report back on statistical information around contractor workingCarry out inspections on CDM sitesAbility to deliver against processYou will be the following:-NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Diploma (Level 6 preferred)Membership of IOSH ensuring that CPD is in placeUnderstanding of the role of Principal Designer (IMaPS/CMaPS would e beneficial)In return they offer a salary of £50-52,000 plus excellent benefits and 3-4 days on site due to workload classification.If you would like more information about this opportunity, please email your cv to swarburton@theonegroup.co.ukIND2
