Position: Senior Regulatory Reporting SME (Swaps & SDRs)

Location: Midtown New York City (4 days a week in-office) - Local Candidates Only

Target Areas: New York or New Jersey No Relocation Considered - Local Candidates Only

Note: Candidates must have a proven track record of working with CFTC regulatory requirements, particularly Parts 43 and 45. Relevant certifications are required

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in swaps, swap data, and Swap Data Repositories (SDRs). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with CFTC regulations, specifically Parts 43 (real-time public reporting) and 45 (swap data reporting), and deep knowledge of derivatives markets.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in regulatory reporting, focusing on swaps and SDRs.
• CFTC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CFTC regulations, particularly Parts 43 and 45.
• Certifications: CRCM, FRM, or similar relevant certifications. - Certification is must

1. Years of experience as a Regulatory Reporting SME. #
