Profinium Customer Service RepresentativeYou are responsible for providing an amazing customer experience to Profinium customers. You help customers achieve their dreams and build lasting relationships. You will help the organization to provide service to our customers, deepen existing customer relationships, and create new customer relationships. You make recommendations for improving banking functions and products to create an amazing client experience!Customer Service - 50%You provide a high level of customer service, including greeting walk-in customers and answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.You perform paying and receiving functions for customers. This will include cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals, mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments. Additionally, you may provide official checks and help customers with other transaction services.You are fully proficient with assisting customers with their current account needs. This includes checking, savings, certificates, safety deposit boxes, IRA's & HSA's, Trusts, Estates, Fiduciaries.You provide a high level of customer service, are proficient and knowledgeable of the bank products offered, allowing you to understand and service the customer's needs.You ensure that the assigned cash balances on a daily basis, is kept secure at all times and must keep cash drawer within assigned drawer limits.You understand and comply with the related laws and compliance regulations that pertain to all of your duties. Examples include bank secrecy act, privacy, and funds availability policy.You recognize any suspicious behavior and have the ability to make decisions when to consult management on any transactions.REA: Retain/Expand/Attract - 40%You successfully retain, expand, and attract clients to Profinium's products and services. This may include expanding account relationships with existing clients, attracting prospects to the bank, and participating in joint calls with our partners. This effort may include contacting clients by phone, mail, email, and in person to ask for account relationships.You assist clients with providing recommendations to meet their banking needs, to include opening new accounts.You recommend policy/procedure enhancements to better serve customers and coworkers.You assist clients with credit card lending, ready reserves, and lending, including real estate lending.You are responsible for understanding and generating quality credit within guidelines set by bank policy and individual lending authority to reach growth targets.You understand and effectively apply selling techniques to open, develop, and close a sale. You must also be able to create interest in a product and actively cross-sell other products and services.You achieve personal goals set by you and your Manager.You achieve Team Partnership (referral) results based on annual targets communicated by your Manager.You assist in the successful achievement of goals set for the Branch and Bank as defined by the bank's annual organizational objectives.You have a thorough understanding of current market trends/conditions.You have a thorough understanding of the various products and services the bank offers and effectively communicate the value of those services and products to the client or introduce them to the appropriate expert.Other - 10%You assess emerging issues and potential liabilities.You have a thorough understanding of the compliance function and provide support in this area when needed.You are an established leader among peers and serve as the backup to the manager when needed.You are an effective trainer of Relationship Banking Products and Procedures.You have the knowledge and authority to approve wires, official checks, ACHs, and like as outlined in the Bank's approval authority policy.As a part of the overall team of bank employees, you may be requested to assist in the support of other bank activities.You promote the amazing positive and energetic environment at Profinium by embracing our Purpose, Pledge & Pursuits (P3's) and Core Values to guide your behavior.Competencies: Customer Oriented - Attention to Detail Oral/Written Communication Adaptable Problem Solving - Dependable Technology Driven Sales Skills LeadershipEducation, Experience & Skills:You value client experience and are capable of committing to a team culture like no other!You take pride in providing a quality product and having fun along the way!You have a High school Degree or equivalentYou have 2-4 years of experience in a community bank ANDYou have 5+ years of experience in a customer service environmentExperience with banking systems requiredYou have strong knowledge of typical bank products and servicesYou must meet the qualifications to be registered with the Federal Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)You have a high numerical aptitudeYou must have dexterity to count moneyYou have the ability to maintain confidential informationYou have skills needed in a typical office environment, including computer skills and utilization of office equipmentWhile performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, attend meetings, etc. You have the ability to operate a computer, carry, handle, and feel objects; reach with hands and arms; communicate effectively and efficiently in person and over the phone. You must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more with assistance. You have the ability to travel to other locations as needed.
