This is a post‑implementation role — no sales. You’ll be given a book of business and focus on long‑term client success, issue resolution, and adoption. This is not a SQL developer position, but we do need someone who understands how SQL is used in real-world healthcare workflows and can confidently navigate basic technical conversations.The role starts fully onsite for your first month (to support training and onboarding), then transitions to a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite each week.What you’ll be doingOwn and nurture relationships with healthcare customers as their primary point of contactLead recurring client meetings to review open items, system usage, and performance metricsHelp clients maximize value from self‑service tools and reporting packagesTriage issues, perform basic troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis, and escalate when neededCoordinate closely with internal technical and customer experience teamsTrack support requests and ensure timely follow‑up and resolutionMaintain clean documentation for implementations, service profiles, and client communicationsShare customer feedback to help drive product improvements and operational efficienciesCommunicate new features, enhancements, and improvements to customersWhy this role stands outNo sales — accounts are assigned, and success is measured by relationships and outcomesMix of healthcare operations + light technical exposure (EDI, claims workflows, basic SQL)Highly collaborative role working across customer experience, technical, and leadership teamsStrong opportunity for career growth in healthcare technology and client strategyHybrid schedule with structured onboarding supportWhat we’re looking for2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, claims, billing, account management, or related functions2+ years in a client‑facing role supporting customers, implementations, or ongoing supportComfort navigating technical conversations, including basic SQL understanding and minor troubleshootingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard productivity toolsA customer‑first mindset with excellent listening and communication skillsBasic Experience with SQLNice to have (but not required):Experience with EDI claim workflows or familiarity with the X12 environment$100,000 to $130,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
