Join Bank of America’s Global Commercial Banking (GCB) Healthcare, Technology & Sponsors (HTS) Team focused on the Technology industry. This 12‑month rotational program is designed to develop foundational knowledge and business‑bank specific sales and credit skills with the goal of transitioning into a Senior Relationship Manager role upon completion. Responsibilities Acquire and maintain a portfolio of clients and prospects with annual revenues of $5million to $2billion. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, identifying opportunities and recommending integrated solutions. Develop an in‑depth understanding of each client’s organization, industry, strategy, and needs, and respond to changes in the business environment or client needs. Leverage ideas, insights, and relationships to generate new and incremental business for Bank of America. Collaborate with domestic and international teammates, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management. Facilitate client relationships with product specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to ensure integrated financial solutions under the Risk & Compliance framework. Design and implement a business plan that maximizes the profitability of each client and prospect. Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners. Motivate and influence client team members and collaborate on their onboarding, coaching, and development. Required Qualifications 10+ years of demonstrated sales experience with a proven ability to drive revenue and build client relationships. Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7 and63 licenses (to be obtained within 180days of start date). Strong business development, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated resilience and commitment to continuous learning. Strong business acumen. Ability to read and interpret both audited and unaudited company financial statements. Act as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects with annual revenues of $5million to $2billion. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ corporations, organizations, industries, strategies, and evolving needs. Leverage insights and relationships to generate new and incremental business for Bank of America. Collaborate with domestic and international teammates across Bank of America. Facilitate client relationships with product specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services. Design and implement business plans to maximize profitability of each client and prospect. Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners. Motivate and influence client team members and collaborate on their onboarding, coaching, and development. Preferred Qualifications Established local network of business referral sources and centers of influence (COIs).
