Key Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for acquiring and managing HNW private clients primarily from the U.S. Southeast and Central regions, as well as U.S. tax-resident individuals based abroad Develop and expand a strong network of prospects in line with business goals Provide investment advice and asset management services within regulatory frameworks Collaborate with the internal investment management team to deliver best-in-class service Role reports to the Head of U.S. Market Coverage Key Qualifications / Experience Minimum 8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager within private banking or wealth management Transferable book of clients looking for offshore (Swiss) booking Demonstrated success working with U.S.-connected clients (onshore/offshore) Experience operating within a Swiss wealth management environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and client-centric approach Role is to be based in Switzerland and focused on cross-border U.S. client coverage For all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Search works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH.
