Position Description: Seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Project Manager to drive our agile release train forward. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a technical mindset.
Qualifications:

Experience in technical program/project management or software engineering background

Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies

SAFe and Agile Framework Expertise: Mastery of SAFe principles, Agile methodologies, and their application within an ART.

Program and Project Management: Skilled in tracking complex projects, with an emphasis on Agile metrics and dependency management.

Facilitation of Large-Scale Agile Ceremonies: Proficient in orchestrating ART-wide events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and the intake process for new features/epics.

Job Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Agile Release Management: Skillfully plan, execute, and deliver projects from start to finish within established technology, product, or program areas. Develop and manage a detailed release train that considers internal and external dependencies, various delivery methodologies, multiple constraints, and provisions for unexpected delays.

Resource Allocation and Prioritization: Efficiently secure necessary resources, accurately scope project efforts, define clear priorities, and set achievable delivery milestones.

Proactive Delivery Leadership: Take charge of the entire engineering work delivery process across the organization and any dependent groups. Actively monitor progress, coordinate dependencies, bridge gaps between teams, processes, and systems, and resolve blockers to ensure smooth and successful project completion. Enhance momentum by facilitating quick and decisive actions.

Communication and Information Hub: Emerge as the primary point of contact for projects, capable of confidently communicating up to three or more levels in the organization. Act as the authoritative source for project status, adeptly converting complex ideas into clear, impactful communications. Deliver pertinent project information and data to appropriate audiences at the right times, ensuring meetings are productive and objectives are met.

Technical and Domain Proficiency: Possess a solid understanding of relevant industry technologies and the specific domain of the program, product, or technology they oversee.
