- Manage and ensure the ART best practices are followed and efficiency metrics are achieved
- Conduct actual-PI planning meeting for backlog refinement and dependency identification
- PI-43 planning and coordinate with Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure readiness
- Coordinate with BU PMO team in facilitating PI-43 planning event, and guiding teams through planning
